Giant Food - Case #H2300007845
This department is investigating a theft from the Giant Food Store at 116 W. Township Line Rd. On 06/04/2023 the three black male suspects pictured below entered the store at approximately 4:21 PM and scammed the cashier out of $2000 in gift cards, $2100 in cash and $140.57 ($4240.57) in groceries before leaving the store. The suspects tricked the young cashier into conducting a cash purchase while convincing him the sale was on a credit card; thereby not rendering any payment for the merchandise, gift cards or cash back.

On May 10, 2023 at approximately 1852 hours the below black male suspect entered the Kohl’s department store at 250 West Chester Pike in Havertown and proceeded to the shoe department where he selected a pair of Nike Air Max sneakers valued at $90.00. The male passed all points of sale and left the store with the shoes without rendering payment. The male left the area in a gray in color 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche with PA Registration ZVP8125 out of Philadelphia. The registered owners are not the pictured male and have not assisted in the investigation.

Kohl's & Parking lot - Case #H2300004369
On 3-29-23, the pictured suspect in a stolen white Tesla began staging items to conduct a run-out Retail Theft at the Kohl’s store in Havertown. He abandoned the items inside the store, but later returned to the lot and committed thefts from vehicles parked in the lot.
The Tesla, bearing PA tag KDN 0485, had been stolen from a Hertz lot in Philadelphia (subsequently recovered). Hertz Corporate Security advised me that they are aware of multiple similar incidents involving cars stolen from their Philadelphia lots, including a blue Tesla that committed a Retail Theft run-out at the Kohl’s in Morton.

The white male in the attached Photographs is responsible for two Retail Thefts at The Havertown Lowe’s Store. One theft occurred on February 27, 2023. The second theft occurred on March 14, 2023. The subject loads up a cart with various Power Tools, Generators, and merchandise before leaving the store without paying for the items. The subject may have left the area in a black colored Ford Truck, bearing Pennsylvania Registration LKR 0609. The registration is expired, last listed to a 2007 Ford Station Wagon out of Philadelphia.

This department is investigating a Retail Theft from Lowe’s Home Improvement on 116 W. Township Line Rd in Havertown. The male suspect entered the store and went to the tool area and selected 4 battery packs. The male secreted the battery packs in his inner jacket pockets. The male was confronted by employees and put one battery pack on a shelf and left the store passing all points of sale with 3 battery packs (2 - 36 Volt Lithium Ion and 1 – 24 Volt Lithium Ion) with a total value of $389.88. The suspect left the area on foot westbound toward Giant Food.

Lowes - Case #H2300004067
This department is investigating a Retail Theft at the Lowe’s Home Improvement Store at 116 West Township Line Rd. When the below pictured unknown black male suspect wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt and brown vest jacket entered the store and selected a propane griddle valued at $349.00. The male then attempted to return the item to the store for a refund. When the refund was refused the pictured suspect passed all points of sale with the griddle and attempted to leave the store with the stolen item. The item was recovered by Lowe’s employees however the black male suspect fled the scene. The unknown black male suspect was dropped off and picked up by Anthony D. Antonio, pictured in the green jacket, out of Philadelphia in his tan Dodge Ram pick-up truck, PA Registration ZKF1794. This department would like to speak with Anthony D. Antonio but has been unable to make contact to discuss this case.

Kohl's Department Store - Case #H2300002564
This department is investigating a Retail Theft from the Kohl’s Department Store at 250 West Chester Pike in Havertown. (5) Suspects (4 Black males and 1 Light Skinned Female) entered Kohl’s and began selecting merchandise offered for sale and placing it in shopping carts. At approximately 9:08 PM one black male suspect left the store and pulled a dark in color SUV along the southwest side of the building where there are no public exits. The remaining four suspects then exited the store through an alarmed fire door, not for general public use pushing out four shopping carts worth of merchandise valued at $2,802.96 without rendering payment. The four suspects entered the waiting dark-colored SUV and all five suspects fled the area.

This department is investigating a retail theft from Kohl’s Department Store 250 West Chester Pike in Havertown. The below pictured black female entered the store, picked up brown paper store bags from behind a register and selected $386.20 worth of clothing offered for sale. The black female suspect then placed the items of clothing into the bags she picked up and left the store without rendering payment. The black female suspect got into the passenger’s side of the below pictured maroon in color 2016 Nissan Maxima with known Pennsylvania registration out of Philadelphia. The vehicle was driven by an unknown black male and left the area on Township Line Rd.
