Kohl's Retail Theft - Case #25-007160

The HTPD Investigations Division is currently investigating a retail theft that occurred at Kohl’s, 250 West Chester Pike, on March 29, 2025 during which the below-depicted male removed $524.00 worth of clothing merchandise before fleeing as a passenger in a white Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (PA# HYX-3918).
The operator of the vehicle is believed to be its registered owner, Robert Emmitt Merrick, though the identity of the suspect who entered the store is still outstanding.

Kohl's Fire Exit Retail Theft - Case #25-007096

On 3-29-25 at approximately 6:39 pm, the pictured male actor loaded a large bag with $2,058 in sneakers and sportswear before leaving out a fire exit and departing in a dark Chevy pick-up truck that had backed into the alley to wait for him. The truck had its tailgate down in an apparent attempt to conceal the registration from view. This same actor has previously struck this Kohl’s store in a similar manner on 12-20-24 and 2-14-25.

The two black male suspects in the attached photographs stole several hundred dollars worth of Nike and other Clothing from The Havertown Kohl's Store on March 10, 2025.

Giant - Case #25-004312

On 2-10-25, the pictured suspect, a black male in his 50’s with a gray beard, committed a cart pushout Retail Theft at the Havertown Giant Store. The value of the stolen merchandise was calculated at over $363. He departed in the pictured dark blue mini-van.

Rite Aid - Case #24-024964

This department is investigating a retail theft on 11/24/2024 at approximately 7:41 PM at the Rite Aid located at 1305 West Chester Pike in Havertown, PA. The below depicted white male entered the Rite Aid and selected $345.92 with of merchandise, placed them into a shopping bag he brought, and then left the store without rendering payment.
